Abandoned Bicycle - Bicycle was recovered from the UC Davis campus though abandoned bicycle abatement and the legal owner has not made a claim to the bicycle. Pursuant to California Civil Code 2080.8 this bicycle is made available for public auction.

All auctioned items are sold where-is. Winning bidders are responsible for removal of won items. Hours of removal are Monday through Friday, 9AM to 4PM, excluding legal holidays and require scheduling ahead of arrival. More information below.

Payment is required within five (5) business days of auction close.

Assumption of Liability:
The purchaser shall assume all liability for the property after the award is made. UC Davis will exercise its usual care for protection up to the time of removal, but will not be responsible for any loss or damage. The bidder guarantees to indemnify UC Davis, its agents or employees, harmless from liability of any nature or kind in the sale of or bidders use of the property.
