Description

Woods rotary tiller for auction. Condition: Used. Sold "As Is." The surplus property office does not warrant or guarantee current working condition. Item may be missing parts or need repairs. Only item described herein is included in the sale regardless of what else is pictured. Bidders are encouraged to inspect the property prior to bidding. Pickup and inspection hours are Monday - Thursday, 8 am - 3 pm EST. Pickups and inspections can be scheduled by emailing Melinda Adams at least 48 hours in advance at Melinda.Adams@lcsd.k12.sc.us. Our schools and offices will be closed April 6-10, 2026 and no inspections or pickups will be scheduled on these days. Winning bidder must pay for and pick up assets within 10 days of auction close.

SALES TAX

When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.

If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). We recommend doing this prior to the auction’s closure or before making payment. To do so, please visit Liquidity Services' Tax Exemption Submission Tool.

Suppression

Removal. All assets must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Seller assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. See l instructions on each asset page for removal details. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.

Winning bidder must contact Melinda Adams to schedule pickup at least 48 hours in advance at Melinda.Adams@lcsd.k12.sc.us. You may request a pickup date and time during normal business hours, Monday through Thursday, 8:00 am - 3:00 pm, except for holidays and special summer hours. Please send all requests for pickup via email and be sure to include a phone number where you can be reached.
