Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding by APPOINTMENT ONLY during the hours of Tuesdays from 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. and Thursdays from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. These days are subject to change due to holidays, inclement weather, and/or college events. Any date changes will be posted on individual auction listings.

All items must be removed during one of our standard pickup times and within two weeks (14 days) from the time and date of the close of the auction. If the buyer has not removed all items purchased after two weeks (14 days), their account can go into default, and their account may be locked at the discretion of GTCC unless a prior arrangement has been made. Please arrive early enough to allow time for packing and loading during the pick-up period.

GTCC does not provide shipping of any kind. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary including packing, loading, and transportation of purchased items off the property. No assistance and no equipment will be provided by GTCC for removing items (ex. no pallet jacks, hand trucks, dollies, dock plates, etc.).

If this will be a third party pick up, please contact us for a third-party Authorization for Release Form. We must have this form, a copy of your driver’s license, and a signed Bill-Of-Sale before anyone can pick up. If these items are not submitted you will be turned away.

NOTICE: If you are the winning bidder and default by failing to adhere to this seller's terms and conditions, your account with Liquidity Services WILL BE LOCKED.

Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale 'AS IS, WHERE IS.' Guilford Technical Community College makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for mis-description must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the Seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
