Pickups for this auction purchased items will occur at 3150 Lewis St Phila Pa between the hours of 8am and 2pm on the following days:
1. Thursday April 30th
2. Saturday May 2nd
3. Wednesday May 6th
4. Friday May 8th
Please Note: Arrive with plenty of time to load as auction lot personnel can refuse pickup if the removal time will end up being past 2pm.
Any item that is designated as “Does not run” is not guaranteed to come with a key.
Titles are processed and notarized and sent via UPS only after the equipment has been removed from the auction lot.
If you have a current “Dealer License” and or “Salvor License” previously submitted and
Approved, you do not need to submit your license again to bid on restricted items.

The City of Philadelphia makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
