SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). Suppression
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. Please contact us either by phone or email to jennifer.swann@okc.gov to schedule pickup.
Pickup will be by appointment only. Pickup hours will be 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.Monday through Friday.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided.
Pick-Up Procedures - Once payment has been received you may then contact the responsible party listed for the auction item and arrange for a mutually convenient pick-up time. You must bring to the pick-up location (1) Bill of Sale (2) personal identification (such as a Driver's License). You must present both identification items at the scheduled pick-up, or the auction item(s) will not be released to you., If you are sending a third party to pick up the item/s this for must be completed and presented at pick up by the third party.Authorization of Release

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
