CONDITION: Dead battery - missing key - visible rust - mileage unknown.
This motorcycle was gifted to Granville County by an estate. We are working with the estate to sell it and to issue title to the winning bidder once the auction is complete.
SOLD "AS-IS". OPERATIONAL CONDITION IS NOT GURARANTEED IN ANY WAY. Please contact Joel Trott at joel.trott@granvillecounty.org for questions and to set up an appointment to inspect the three-wheeler. Since the motorcycle is available for inspection during auction, NO REFUNDS will be given for any reason to winning bidder. Winning bidder is responsible for removal of motorcycle off of county property.

SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). We recommend doing this prior to the auction’s closure or before making payment. To do so, please visit Liquidity Services' Tax Exemption Submission Tool.
Suppression
REMOVAL: Removal is by Appointment Only and all items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.

If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid.
