You are bidding on a lot of ten (10) Motorola APX 6000 (Model # H98UCH9PW7AN) portable radios. Each radio comes with its on charging dock and one battery.

CONDITION:
All units have been powered on and verified to receive power. No further testing has been performed. Programming status, accessories, frequencies, and operational functionality beyond power-up are unknown unless otherwise noted. Radios may show normal signs of use including scratches, labels, and markings from previous service. The radio has been cleared of previously programmed channels. Buyer is responsible for programming the radio.

PICKUP / REMOVAL
Items may be picked up in person by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided.

Shipping is available anywhere in the United States.

Buyer may provide prepaid shipping labels.

Option 2:
Shipping cost can be calculated and added to the final invoice total.

IMPORTANT SHIPPING NOTICE:
A handling and packing fee will be charged on all shipped orders, including orders where the buyer provides prepaid shipping labels. Due to the quantity, weight, packing materials, and labor required to safely package this large radio lot, handling charges will apply regardless of shipping method.

PAYMENT
• If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.

• Payment in full is due not later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyers Certificate.

• Payment must be made electronically through the GovDeals Website. Acceptable forms of payment are: · direct debit · Wire Transfer · Visa · MasterCard · American Express · Discover

• Direct debit and Credit Card purchases are limited to below $5,000.00. If the winning bid plus applicable and shipping/handling, equals more than $4,999.99, payment will need to be made by wire transfer. In that case, a Wire Transfer Transaction Summary page will provide payment and account information. The Wire Transfer must be completed within 5 days.

When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.
