This auction is for a surplus lot of Cisco IP phones previously used by our municipality. The equipment became excess inventory following a system upgrade to newer Cisco phone models.
Cisco Model 7965: 40 units
Cisco Model 7945: 60 units
Total Units: 100 phones
The phones have been in storage since approximately 2023. They were placed into storage after removal from service and have not been tested since. Operational condition is unknown.

SALES TAX

Suppression
All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will City of Georgetown assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. Property may be removed between the hours of 8:00a.m. and 4:00p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. Please call at least 24 hours in advance to schedule date and time for pick-up and removal.
