The winning bidder MUST provide their own labor and materials to remove the item(s) from SLCC Surplus and must take all items at time of pickup.
Due to liability, SLCC personnel will not be able to help load or secure items. Be prepared to load your items from a dock door or down a wheelchair ramp.
All items are sold with no written, expressed or implied warranty nor other guarantee as to its condition or fitness for use. All sales are final. We are not experts on the items listed for auction.
Remember - this bid is the same as a contract. Please only bid on an item that you are serious about buying. If you do win the bid, you are legally bound by contract to purchase the item.
NOTE: All winning bidders are expected to fulfill their obligation including pick up and payment in the specified amount of time as described in the Terms & Conditions. Any winning bidder not fulfilling their obligation will be considered to be in default and will risk losing the privilege of bidding on future auctions.
If the Buyer, after making payment for an item, fails to remove the item within the specified time, the agency reserves the right to retain any and all payments and relist the auction.
***Abandonment of Item.***Auction items paid for but not picked up within the specified time (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Notice of Award will be considered abandoned. Salt Lake Community College will have the ability to re-list any and all items designated as abandoned, with no refund being provided to the user. Please be advised.

SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). Suppression
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale 'AS IS, WHERE IS.' Salt Lake Community College, UT makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
