2003 Honda CMX250C, 234CC GAS.
Auction includes one motorcycle. Condition is considered as-is, and unknown. Motorcycle has been sitting for 5 plus years inside a garage and was used in a motorcycle training program. Item may be damaged, any noticeable damage should be in the pictures, however this is no guarantee of damage condition.
Pick up must be coordinated via email prior to arrival. For KY state resident buyers the title must be transferred prior to pick up at the Madison County court clerk. Out of state buyers can pick up after scheduling.

ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SELLER’S LOCATION; ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. If you do not confirm a pick up time with EKU you may have to wait or return another day to pick up your item. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No assistance will be provided.

A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Arrangements must be made within seven (7) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No assistance will be provided by EKU and buyer must be able to load items. If buyer is unable another pick up time will be required when the buyer can return with adequate resources to load.
