Description

2000 Freightliner FL70 CONVENTIONAL CAB, 7.2L L6 DIESEL WITH THE TRAILER. Truck and trailer sold as a set and will not be split. Both road tractor and the trailer were used by the City of Radford, VA and Salem, Va. for Hazardous Materials emergency responses. Truck has been serviced on a regular basis. Truck has an attached compartment. Setup would be great for another municipality or as a combination for a race team of some type. Comes with an onboard generator that worked well upon last inspection. All city and state decals will be removed or painted over as well as all emergency lights and sirens to the best of our ability.

If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.

Note:

1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.

SALES TAX

When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.

If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). We recommend doing this prior to the auction’s closure or before making payment. To do so, please visit Liquidity Services' Tax Exemption Submission Tool.

Suppression

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.

The Buyer’s Certificate serves as Proof-of-Purchase and must be presented at the time of item removal.**1. Contact the responsible party listed for that item and arrange for a mutually convenient pick up time. The buyer must bring the "Buyer’s Certificate" with the "Paid Receipt" and personal identification such as a valid Driver’s License or Government Issued ID to the pick up location. The person releasing the item will require the buyer to show all three documents. The buyer must bring and present these forms of ID to the scheduled pick-up or the auction item(s) will not be released.

**Third Party Pickup Procedure**

2. If you are picking up an item on behalf of someone else, you will need all of the items listed in Pick Up Procedure # 1 (photo copies are acceptable) plus a note from the designated "winning bidder" specifically naming you as their authorized representative, along with your own ID. .

Vehicle Titles will be issued at the time of removal.
