Used ADA Bathroom trailer for auction. Trailer was used as a semi-permanent restroom while in use at one of our buildings. Trailer was retrofitted for 30amp feed. No power to unit as it sits so the front ADA compartment could not be opened. FRONT ADA SECTION IS NOT VISIBLE OR ACCESSCIBLE. The other 2 bathrooms are pictured below and accessible. Once the unit has power the front ADA section can be opened with the controller. NO BATTERY FOR BRAKE CONTROLLER . TRAILER WILL LOWER ALL THE WAY TO THE GROUND. Trailer comes with everything in the pictures. Unit has been sitting for years un-used. See pictures for specifications.

WINNER MUST CALL 410-704-2478 AND SCHEDULE A PICK-UP TIME TO COLLECT ITEM.
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
