* All assets are second-hand and sold on "As is, Where is" basis with all faults and without recourse. Each of the seller, the Auctioneer and, where applicable, Liquidity Services has used its reasonable endeavors to ensure that the description of each lot(s) appearing on the site are accurate, but the buyer relies upon such description at its own risk. Buyers should satisfy themselves prior to the sale as to the condition of the lot and should exercise and rely on their judgment as to whether the lot accords with its description at their own risk.

* Assets Removal Deadline: 24th August 2026.

* Any assets not collected by the specified removal deadline shall be deemed abandoned and may be destroyed and/or removed from the site by the Seller without prior notice or liability.

* The Buyer shall strictly comply with all site-specific Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) requirements, regulations, and approved work schedules during the asset removal process.

* All costs associated with dismantling, packing, rigging, loading, transportation, and shipping, as well as any other related expenses, shall be borne solely by the Buyer.

* The Buyer shall be fully responsible for all export and import procedures, including customs clearance, documentation, compliance, and all related costs and liabilities.
