* All assets are second-hand and sold on "As is, Where is" basis with all faults and without recourse. Each of the seller, the Auctioneer and, where applicable, Liquidity Services has used its reasonable endeavors to ensure that the description of each lot(s) appearing on the site are accurate, but the buyer relies upon such description at its own risk. Buyers should satisfy themselves prior to the sale as to the condition of the lot and should exercise and rely on their judgment as to whether the lot accords with its description at their own risk.

Paiement
Wire Transfer is the only payment option for this item. The Wire Transfer Transaction Summary page will provide payment and account information. The Wire Transfer must be completed within 5 days unless otherwise specified below.
Payment for this item shall be made exclusively via wire transfer. Detailed payment instructions and bank account information will be provided on the Wire Transfer Transaction Summary page. Full payment must be received within five (5) calendar days, unless otherwise specified. Should an invoice be required, please contact us to request one.
Full payment must be made before removal starts.
Suppression
* Assets Removal Deadline: 24th August 2026.
* Any assets not collected by the specified removal deadline shall be deemed abandoned and may be destroyed and/or removed from the site by the Seller without prior notice or liability.
* The Buyer shall strictly comply with all site-specific Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) requirements, regulations, and approved work schedules during the asset removal process.
* All costs associated with dismantling, packing, rigging, loading, transportation, and shipping, as well as any other related expenses, shall be borne solely by the Buyer.
* The Buyer shall be fully responsible for all export and import procedures, including customs clearance, documentation, compliance, and all related costs and liabilities.

The Seller makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
