This equipment is being sold strictly on an “AS IS, WHERE IS” basis, with no warranties or guarantees of any kind, express or implied.
The successful bidder is solely responsible for all inspection, evaluation, disconnection, removal, transportation, and any other work required for removal of the equipment.
No labor, tools, equipment, or assistance of any kind will be provided by the Agency.
Payment must be received within five (5) business days of auction close. Removal must be completed within ten (10) business days of auction close unless otherwise approved in writing by the Agency.
By submitting a bid, bidders acknowledge that they have inspected the property or have waived inspection, understand the condition and nature of the equipment, and agree to all terms and conditions set forth herein and in the auction listing.
Holiday Notice: Friday, July 3rd is a Parish holiday. Staff will be unavailable to assist with inquiries.

REMOVAL IS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY! ALL SALES ARE FINAL ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SELLERS LOCATION; WE WILL NOT ASSIST WITH LOADING. IT IS THE BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY TO LOAD ALL ITEMS. NO EXCEPTIONS!. WE DO NOT SHIP ITEMS. IT IS UP TO THE WINNING BIDDER TO COLLECT ALL ITEMS WITHIN THE ALLOTTED TIME! Removal: All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. Property may be removed between the hours of 9:00a.m. and 3:00p.m., Monday through Thursday, excluding legal holidays. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
