Large building- There are 2 available - ****This sale is for 1 of the buildings**** This building is on the right.
These buildings are in great shape, like new still. This building would make a great outdoor recreational retreat or studio/office.
The inside has a wall dividing it into two parts, each is 15’ X 11’, exterior roughly 32’ X 12’ plus overhang and gutters.
***This building will need to be professionally moved. The weight for each was around 19,000 pounds. When we had moved them around campus, we used Scribs House Moving, out of David City. It cost around $5K to move across town about 4 years ago.
The center wall has an internal window, each side has its own heating and air mini-split, two windows, and a sliding entry door. The middle wall can be removed, it is not load bearing if you wish for it to be more open.
This building has Interior and exterior lighting, outlets, and electrical panel on each side.
***There is NO interior plumbing.
***There is a couple of settling cracks around the top of the sliding doors - please see posted pictures.
***Sinks are NOT included in this sale****

The rafters were cut and built on site; they are not a manufactured truss. I believe the floors, walls, and ceilings were all insulated. The measurements are as follows: The long side measures 32'.33" and the short side is 12'.83" The height to the peak is 11'6" with a 3.5" brace it is sitting on.
