All assets must be removed within two weeks from the time and date of the close of the auction. Due to safety concerns, children under the age of 18 must remain in the personal vehicle of the party retrieving the property.

Facility operates on a Mon-Thurs schedule. Pickup hours are between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM. Packaging and shipping must be carried out by receiving party, as our facility is not equipped to do so (this includes not sending prepaid shipping labels).
