Buyers outside Norway must submit their export declaration to Norwegian customs within 30 days of the invoice date; the goods themselves must be exported within 90 days.

Failure to submit the export declaration within 30 days means buyers may not be able to claim VAT back.

Auctioned equipment is expected to be exported within the 90-day window
