* 此次拍卖的出价为不含税不含佣金（设备税率 13%，买家佣金18%，佣金税率6%）金额；

* 比如网上出价人民币100元，则买方总计需支付100×1.13+100×0.18×1.06=132.08；

* 交易货币：人民币；

* 买家看货、提货等需严格按照卖家的要求和流程；

* 拍卖结束时间：中国时间2026年9月8日，下午4点整；(延时除外)

* 设备搬离时间：不晚于2026年9月28日；

* A refundable deposit RMB20,000 or USD3,000 needed before bidding;

* All buyers should comply with the sales contract provided by seller;

* All assets are second-hand and sold on "As is, Where is" basis with all faults and without recourse.
