**QTY-AT LEAST 1,200 DEVICES--SOLD AS ONE UNIT** All items sold as-is, where-is, with no exceptions.
Equipment is located at two separate locations, less than 2 miles from each other. The addresses will be sent to the winning bidder after the auction.
Type of payment is Cashier's check ONLY. Check needs to be made out to the City of Kingsport.
Units have been deprovisioned from our Google domain and power-washed and are ready for the next user. Laptops/Desktops do not contain HDD/SDD.
PHYSICAL DAMAGE:
Some items may have missing parts, failing batteries, scratches, scuffs, damaged LCD, keyboards, and ports.
COSMETIC DAMAGE:
There are likely to be stickers, cracks, scratches, and other markings on these devices.
HARD DRIVE STORAGE/RAM/SCREEN:
Chromebooks should have at least 4GB of RAM, and should have 11.6 in non-touch screen. Chrome tablets should have at least 4GB of RAM, and should be 9.7 in touch screen. Apple iPads not sure of the RAM size. Some of the iPads are 8.3-inch (mini) and others are 10.9-inch touch screen. MacBook not sure of the RAM size, should have a 13-inch non-touch screen. Laptops should have at least 8 GB of RAM and should have a 15.6-inch non-touch screen. Desktops, not sure of RAM size.
POWER ADAPTERS:
Some power adapters are included.
Devices are NOT palletized or pre-packaged (milk crate or storage container is not included). Devices are located in two separate locations. One location is a room with a standard 36" door on the 2nd floor of the building; elevator access is available. The second location has a loading dock.
Property may be removed by appointment only, and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Time available is Monday-Thursday from 8:00 am until 3:00 pm EST. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing (will need to provide their own packing material), loading, and transportation of property. No assistance will be provided.

Please contact us to verify tax status as soon as sale is awarded, and you receive the Buyer's Certificate. Seller requires tax exempt verification or buyer may be charged tax.
Bill of Sale will be issued once tax status is verified.
Payment in full is due no later than 5 business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. See Terms and Conditions for additional payment instructions.
Payment must be made by money order only. No cash, credit cards, personal checks or online payments
Payment must be sent or taken to: Kingsport City Schools, 400 Clinchfield Street, Suite 200, Kingsport, Tennessee, 37660. Please bring or send copy of Bill of Sale with payment.

The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up / removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation and exporting. Note: Shipping is NOT available.
Removal is by appointment only. All items must be picked-up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned.
At the time of pick-up / removal, you will be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, and potentially other documentation (e.g., copy of driver's license, Authorization of Release, etc). When making a removal appointment, please confirm with the seller what is needed to release the item(s).
A daily storage fee may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days.
PLEASE CALL IN ADVANCE AT LEAST 24 HOURS TO SCHEDULE A TIME FOR PICK-UP!
