2 units of Unused Cosmetic Compounding System, Maker Morimatsu, YOM 2022

Process Description:
The system is used to produce cosmetic and regulated drug (OTC) consumer products. Ingredients are transferred (by vacuum induction or direct dosing) to the main vessel, support vessel, and premix support vessel. These are mixed to create separate premixes (e.g., oil and water phases). Once the premixes are prepared, they will be transferred (from the premix support vessel to the main or support and from the support to the main) in a controlled manner. During the transfer, the premixes are dispersed using the receiving vessel's homogenizer or agitator system. The phase(s) are dispersed until a homogeneous working mass with the required viscosity is obtained. Optionally the working mass can be circulated during dispersion through either a subsurface recirculation loop or a full recycle loop (depending on batch size). If needed, other ingredients can also be introduced into the working mass as required by the recipe. Once the working mass is ready (now called final mass), it will be discharged into an intermediate storage container that will be used for filling purposes.

工艺流程简要说明：‌
本系统用于生产化妆品或相关消费品。原料通过真空吸入或直接加料方式输送至主罐、辅助罐及预混辅助罐中，混合形成独立预混料（如油相、水相等）。
预混料制备完成后，将以受控方式转移（从预混辅助罐至主罐/辅助罐，再由辅助罐至主罐）。转移过程中，通过接收罐的均质机或搅拌系统对预混料进行分散处理，直至获得符合粘度要求的均质工作基料。

工艺模块化划分：
两套均质乳化系统，一套为9.5吨位（760区、762区、763区），另一套为20吨位（761区、764区、765区）：

9.5吨位系统包含：

762区‌：1.5吨位温控单元（TCU）
763区‌：6吨位&9.5吨位温控单元（TCU）及9.5吨位乳化系统

20吨位系统包含：
