REMOVAL BY APPOINTMENT ONLY - LOADOUT TO BE SCHEDULED 5 BUSINESS DAYS IN ADVANCE

Assets MUST be removed twenty (20) business days from the date of award

• Buyer is required to use Weatherford, seller approved contractor, for loadout
• Pumping Unit and Concrete Pad MUST be removed together at the time of loadout. If concrete pad is left, the buyer will be defaulted
• Estimated Loadout Fees: $1,774.50 Per Unit - Buyer is responsible for reconfirming loadout fee prior to bidding
• Loadout Fee MUST be paid to Weatherford in advance of loadout
• Additional loadout fees of $507 per Hour will apply if truck does not arrive at the scheduled time
• Buyer MUST notify the yard if the driver is running late or will not be able to make their scheduled removal time
• Buyer will receive Load Out Advice/Authorization for Release once payment and seller required documents have been satisfied
• Buyer or Buyer's removal agent must have LOA/Release in hand at the time of removal; Release must be signed by buyer or buyers removal agent and the onsite contact once the assets have been loaded
• PPE Requirements - Steel Toes, Hard Hat, Safety Glasses
