John Deere 672G grader. Unit was in service until brakes locked up from a mechanical fault. Local dealer quoted over $18,000 to repair. Since then components of the DPF/SCR aftertreatment have been removed to be used on another machine in our fleet. Overall condition is rough, but repairable. Other noted needed repairs at the time of removal from service include:
Damaged steps
Top front windshield is cracked
Backup alarm does not work
Leak on rear axle.
Cannot verify hours, but it is known to have more than 10,000 hours on it at the time it was pulled from service.
Unit does not run, multiple communication codes from the DPF/SCR dismantling.

Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Photos may contain items not included in the auction. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Inspection will take place on November 10th, only at the 2420 Pontiac Lake Road Facility. Please contact Kyle at 248 897 2041 to schedule an inspection. Bidders are encouraged to inspect units as miscellaneous parts may be missing when compared to photos.

If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.Note:

SALES TAX

Please be sure to note that the units in this auction are not all physically located at the same address. If bidding on multiple RCOC auctions, please be mindful of where they are located.
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. Due to the various addresses items are located at, pickups attempted without an appointment will be denied.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
