This lot comprises a redundant industrial process-water pumping station previously operated within a heavy-industry environment. The installation includes:
Large mild-steel pressure vessel (approx. 3040 m class) mounted on steel stand
Multiple centrifugal process pumps with coupling assemblies
Electric motors (various kW ratings) suitable for salvage or component recovery
Rectangular sectional water tank (multi-panel steel construction, large capacity)
Extensive steel pipework, flanges, valves, fittings and support structures
Instrumentation panels and various control components (condition unknown)
Condition & Notes
All assets are redundant, as-is where-is, and suitable primarily for scrap recovery, steel salvage projects, or reuse where feasible.
Surfaces show corrosion from long-term exposure; operational status is unknown.
Buyers must perform their own assessment of scrap mass, recoverable materials, and dismantling logistics.
Buyer Responsibilities
* Sold voetstoots / as-is where-is, no warranties.
* Buyer must remove the complete installation, including all tanks, pipes, pumps, valves, and related steelwork.
* All dismantling, cutting, rigging, and removal to be performed by the buyer.
* Must comply with ArcelorMittals HSE requirements, contractor pack processes, and method statements.
* Site access, inductions, equipment, and safety compliance are fully for the buyers account.

Pagamento
Wire Transfer is the only payment option for this item. The Wire Transfer Transaction Summary page will provide payment and account information. The Wire Transfer must be completed within 5 days unless otherwise specified below.
Payment in full is due no later than five (5) business days from the time and date of acceptance of offer(s) / close of auction. Acceptable forms of payment are: Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Buyer’s Premium of 12% will be added to your winning bid on the invoice. VAT: 15% will be charged on all sales including the Buyer’s Premium.
NOTICE: Please note the bid(s) /offer(s) placed online does not include commission and VAT, this is calculated after, kindly keep in mind the costs to be added once you have placed your bid(s) online.

Eliminazione
Assets may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance, please refer to the load out document / release note for the site representative details. All items must be removed within seven (7) business days from the time and date of acceptance of offer(s) / Close of auction, unless agreed otherwise The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the assets. No Assistance will be provided. The buyer needs to ensure that the have the correct permits and/or SHEQ files required by law prior to dismantling and removal of the assets. Buyers are required to remove all waste plastic, wood and hazardous materials that form part of their lots that they purchased. Please refer to conditions in the participation form.

The Seller makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the asset offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the asset, all sales are final.
Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the assets offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the assets. If Seller confirms that the assets does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the assets and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the assets.
