In person removal:

Removal is by appointment only and requires 48-hours notice. Removal appointment must be scheduled by buyer with contact information on buyer’s certificate. Seller will not call to schedule removal. Removal must occur within (ten) 10 business days of auction close as per the buyer’s certificate. No exceptions will be made. No third-party removers will be allowed.

Shipping:

Alternately, buyers may send a shipping label to include all the following:
~ Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts as the shipper
~ The buyer’s name and address as printed on the buyer’s certificate and bill of sale. No changes of address will be allowed.
~ Appropriate insurance amounts required.
~ Buyer indemnifies Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts and GovDeals from all financial remuneration. Any claim will be directly with your shipper. No refunds or credits will be offered.

Form (attached to auction page) must be completed and returned to the address on your buyer’s certificate within eight (8) business days of auction close along with a signed bill of sale to complete the transaction this way. Any failure to fully comply with these steps will result in default for failure to remove.

NOTICE: If you are the winning bidder and default by failing to adhere to this sellers terms and conditions your account with Liquidity Services WILL BE LOCKED.

Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale 'AS IS, WHERE IS.' Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts – Unclaimed Property Division makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Assets are from an unclaimed safe deposit box. The contents of unclaimed boxes in Texas are sent to the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts. Please note that upon shipment of the property, all sales are final, and no returns allowed.
