Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 48
hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance
of the Buyer's Certificate.


The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including
packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of
$10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's
Certificate.


Paperwork for vehicles with titles must be signed prior to removal. There are several documents that will need to be signed and notarized by the auction winner only.

NOTICE: If you are the winning bidder and default by failing to adhere to this sellers terms and conditions your account with Liquidity Services WILL BE LOCKED.

Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale 'AS IS, WHERE IS.' Palm Beach State College, FL makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property. Guarantee Waiver. All items will be offered for sale "as-is, where-is" and with all faults, if any. Descriptions of items appearing in this auction/bid are believed to be correct; however, Palm Beach State College is not responsible for any omissions or errors in the description of the items offered for sale. Palm Beach State College makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the items offered for sale. The Buyer is not entitled to any payment for loss of profit or any other money damages - special, direct, indirect, or consequential. INDEMNIFICATION, NEGLIGENCE OF BIDDER OR BUYER: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bidder and/or Buyer shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Palm Beach State College, its District Board of Trustees, agents, officers, officials, employees, and volunteers from and against all claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney fees and court costs) arising from the acts, errors, mistakes, omissions, work or service of Bidder and/or Buyer, its agents, employees. No technical support will be provided by the College under any circumstances. Sale of this equipment shall be final with no refunds granted. The buyer is responsible for removal and any applicable costs. THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR TRANSPORTING THE EQUIPMENT FROM THE DISTRICT WAREHOUSE BUILDING TO THEIR VEHICLE.
