LEAF VAC ENGINE IS A JOHN DEERE 4 CYLINDER DIESEL ENGINE. ALUMINUM BODY IS IN GOOD CONDITION WITH NO DAMAGE NOTED. NEWER VAC BLADE AND LINER INSTALLED THIS SEASON.
ISSUES NOTED WHEN TRUCK WAS TAKEN OUT OF SERVICE. DRIVER'S SEAT AND PASSENGER SEATS ARE RIPPED; A/C NOT WORKING. PAINT FADED IN AREAS OF THE CAB.
WAS NOT ABLE TO START LEAF VAC DUE TO NEEDS A NEW START/CONTROL PANEL.
GOOD DUAL-PURPOSE TRUCK TO USE FOR LEAF COLLECTION OR TO USE AS DUMP TRUCK. VEHICLE IS BEING SOLD IN AS IS CONDITION. BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL ASPECTS OF REMOVAL AND TRANSPORTATION FOR VEHICLE FROM SITE, THERE WILL BE NO ASSISTANCE FROM STAFF ON SITE.

Fairfax county WILL NOT SHIP under normal circumstances. The Buyer must acquire written permission ahead of auction close unless specifically stated in the auction description. In this event, buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. NO ASSISTANCE will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid.
