BIDDER SHALL CALL AND SCHEDULE THEIR PICK-UP DATE WITH AT LEAST 24 HOURS NOTICE. Payments are made through GovDeals before contacting the City of Wilson about removal. All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and Buyer’s Certificate.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading, and transportation of property. **FOR VEHICLES: If applicable, Vehicle Titles are located at City of Wilson Finance Dept. Arrangements for Titles will need to be made before vehicle pick-up. We do not not give the option of mailing the title anymore as they get lost in the mail. PLEASE CALL: Maricela Woolard in the Purchasing Department at 252-399-2407 for coordinating title is available and for vehicle pick-up. If this number is not accessible, please contact the Warehouse at 252-399-2408 and someone will be able to get you assistance. Title must leave with vehicle, unless prior arrangements have been made with the City contact above. PLEASE CALL BEFORE COMING TO PICK-UP so title paperwork can be prepared

All property is offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS.” (Seller) makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
Submission of a bid for equipment that will be titled constitutes agreement on the bidder’s part to return the equipment, upon request, to the City of Wilson for remedy of unforeseen circumstances relative to the title.
