ARIZONA VEHICLE SALES ARE TAXABLE -- 8.6% tax will be added to your final bid unless you provide GovDeals the required tax exempt documents. See Payment section below.
Buyer will be issued "Government Form SF97 Application for Title" which will allow you to apply for clear title at your home state motor vehicle department.
Buyer must come in person to sign vehicle paperwork OR send 3rd party with power of attorney. See Removal terms below

PAYMENT
If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.Note:
1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.
2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). Property/Vehicle may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided.
Winning Bidders:
1. Must schedule removal by appointment.
2. Must bring buyer's certificate and photo identification.
3. Winning Bidder will be required to appear in PERSON at pickup, to sign Title Application Paper work. Winning Bidder will be issued an SF 97. An SF-97 will allow Winning Bidder to apply for a title in which ever state they choose. If the winning buyer is not able to make pick up in person, a POWER OF ATTORNEY will be required to release the vehicle to any other party.
