Auction is for one (1) MicroFridge refrigerator/microwave combo unit. The winning bidder may select their preferred unit from available inventory at the time of pickup on a first-come, first-served basis.
Units were removed from a working location and appear to be used but in generally good condition. Model numbers vary and may include examples such as 4.8MF4 and 4.5MF1R. Surplus did not inspect or test all units. Some units may require repair or may be best suited for parts. Cosmetic wear consistent with normal use may be present.
Photos are for reference only. Actual unit received may vary in model, appearance, age, features, and condition.

All assets are sold as is, where is and without warranty. Once any asset is removed from the seller's premises there is no refund of monies previously paid. Assets may be inspected during normal business hours. Winning bidders are responsible for arranging asset pickup and transportation (Item pick up at bay 24). Inspections can be made only under appointment and prior approval.
We do not deliver any assets whatsoever, and are unable to provide any containment such as boxes, crates, straps, etc. Normal business hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 3pm. No appointments will be accepted on the third Tuesday of each month, due to the public sale. Appointments for removal of items must be made at least one business day in advance. Appointments are available on a first come, first served basis, and may not be available next day. Please see below for additional instructions, as well as for terms and conditions of the sale.

If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.Note:
1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.

SALES TAX

Eliminazione
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
