Please review the pictures carefully. If you have questions, it is encouraged that you to make an appointment, via email, to inspect the property. Items can be inspected Monday through Friday 8:30 AM-5:00 PM by appointment only. You must be accompanied by a Town of Mooresville employee. Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Bidders must adhere to the inspection dates and times indicated above. Please contact purchasing team (purchasing@mooresvillenc.gov) to schedule an inspection.

Removal is by appointment only, and all items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date the Buyer’s Certificate is issued. Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Please contact the purchasing team (purchasing@mooresvillenc.gov) to schedule a pickup time. No Town of Mooresville employees will be available to assist with loading or removal of equipment. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading, removal, and any and all property awarded to them from the location indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
