PURCHASER WILL NEED TO BRING THEIR OWN EQUIPMENT FOR LOADING THESE ITEMS

No they're to heavy,, you'll need a lifting system to load & unload , but we can assist you in loading beams onto trailer, with scheduled appointment for pick up..Have a great day.. Bobby 06/02/2026 03:34:09 AM

Payment methods for this item are Wire Transfer, direct debit, or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) only. direct debit and credit card purchases are limited to below $5,000.00 and Bidders residing in the United States, Canada and Mexico Only. If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.

1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.
2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.

***Titles and other paperwork must be completed prior to item pickup at Mumford Road location***
REMOVAL: All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. To schedule an appointment contact Bobby Stainback by at bstainback@greenvillenc.gov / 252-521-1544. In some cases, the 10 day pick up date can be extended based upon the situation and proper communication. This extension is subject to approval prior to 10 day pick up date.
If no response is received after 72 hours, please contact Larry Davis via email at ldavis@greenvillenc.gov.
Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Buyer is responsible for all loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them. No assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
