This listing is for an assortment of merchandising equipment. There are 6 shelving units from ShopCo USA, and two (2) POS system desks/tables. Two of the shelving units are individual freestanding units; the remainder of them are units that can be combined. All of them have adjustable height shelving, some have a low-profile base, while others have a standard base. They are all of quality steel construction.
No merchandise or accessories are included in this sale. Buyer is responsible for disassembly, removal, and transportation. This lot is of considerable weight and size, so plan accordingly.
Wall shelf 1: This shelving unit measures 71" in height, 8 ft. wide (two shelves, 4 ft. each), and 17" deep. It features adjustable height shelving and a low profile base.
Wall shelf 2: This shelving unit measures 71" in height, 6 ft. wide (two shelves, 3 ft. each) and 17" deep. It features adjustable height shelving and a standard profile base.
Central shelving (3): This large shelving unit has a shelf on each endcap, and the middle section is made of 2 smaller shelves. The complete unit is 126" long, 37" wide, and 54" in height. The endcaps are 35" wide and 12" deep. The middle section is 47" wide (each) and 13" deep. There are three (3) of these units, all identical in dimensions and configuration.
Wall shelf 3: This unit measures 48" wide, 14" deep, and 71" tall. It is freestanding and on a low-profile base.
Point-of-Sale desks (2): These desks are configured for convenience and functionality. There is a notch for the cashier, with ample space for equipment. The desks measure 80" wide, 48" deep, and 34" tall. They are on wheels.

The winning bidder or authorized designee/shipper are expected to visually inspect their purchase prior to removal and sign the Inspection form. Once the auction lot is removed from the premises there will be no refund, no exchanges, no dispute.
Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects that are not immediately detectable. Our staff is not without some Human error on occasion and inspecting what you expect during pick up is highly recommended. Potential auction listing Bidders may also inspect the property prior to bidding. Bidders must adhere to the dates and times indicated in the item description.
Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of Seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property. ***Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final!

If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.Note:
1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.
2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

Pick Up Time Monday - Friday 9am - 4pm. No Appointment is needed. Closed on these holidays. New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the Day after, and Christmas Day through New Year's Day
The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up / removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation and exporting. Note: Shipping is NOT available.
If you plan to have a third party complete removal of this item/lot, you must complete and sign the Authorization of Release document found on this link. The signed copy must be sent to the email listed on your Buyer's Certificate prior to any removal arrangements being made.
All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate.
Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified.
Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate.
A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
Winning Bidder is responsible for the removal of auction item.The winning bidder is responsible for removing and disassembling an auction item. We don’t have the staff to help with this. So, you will need to bring extra help to remove and disassemble an auction item.
SHIPPING: Buyer responsible for all shipping tasks, costs, and arrangements. Indiana University does not pack and ship.
