一、牧野资质审批及密码申请要求
根据牧野（Makino）相关管理要求，中标买家在移动设备前，应至少提前三个月联系牧野中国区授权服务商办理买家资质报备手续。
买家需根据牧野要求提供相关资料，包括但不限于：
• 营业执照或企业资质证明；
• 企业注册地址及实际经营地址；
• 设备买卖合同或成交证明；
• 牧野要求提供的其他相关资料。
上述资料将由牧野中国区服务商提交至日本牧野工厂进行买家资质审核。审核周期预计约为三个月，具体时间以牧野官方实际审批进度为准。
设备移机后，买家还需按照牧野要求申请正式设备密码。如未及时完成正式密码申请，设备可能在移机后约一个月内进入锁机状态，从而影响设备正常使用。

二、风险提示
工厂要求中标买家最迟于 2026年10月12日 前完成设备提货及移出工作。
鉴于牧野买家资质审核周期预计约为三个月，本项目规定的提货期限可能早于资质审批完成时间。因此，中标买家可能需要在未取得最终审批结果的情况下完成设备移出。
买家应充分了解并接受以下风险：
设备移出后，如未获得正式设备密码，设备可能于一个月后被锁定；
买家资质审核存在未获批准的可能性；
因资质审核未完成、审批未通过、密码申请延迟或未获批准等原因导致的设备无法正常使用、停机、损失或其他后果，均由买家自行承担；
卖方、以及拍卖平台不对买家资质审批结果、密码申请结果或设备后续使用情况作出任何保证或承诺。
参与竞拍即视为买家已充分了解并接受上述条件及相关风险。
提货时间：2026-09-28 至 2026-10-12（国庆节假日除外）。

Buyer Notice
1. Makino Qualification Approval and Password Application Requirements
In accordance with Makino's requirements, the successful bidder must contact Makino's authorized service provider in China at least three (3) months prior to relocating the equipment in order to initiate the purchaser qualification approval process.
The buyer will be required to provide supporting documentation, including but not limited to:
• Business license or proof of corporate qualification;
• Company registered address and operating address;
• Equipment purchase agreement or proof of transaction; and
• Any other documentation requested by Makino.
The submitted documents will be forwarded by Makino China's authorized service provider to Makino Japan for purchaser qualification review and approval. The review process is expected to take approximately three (3) months; however, the actual approval timeline is subject to Makino's internal review procedures.
Following relocation of the equipment, the buyer must also apply for the permanent machine password in accordance with Makino's requirements. Failure to obtain the permanent password in a timely manner may result in the machine being locked approximately one (1) month after relocation, which may affect the normal operation of the equipment.

2. Important Risk Disclosure
The facility requires the successful bidder to complete removal of the equipment no later than October 12, 2026.
As the Makino purchaser qualification review process is expected to take approximately three (3) months, the required removal deadline may occur before the qualification approval process has been completed. As a result, the successful bidder may be required to remove the equipment prior to receiving final approval from Makino.
Buyers should fully understand and accept the following risks:
If the permanent machine password has not been obtained, the machine may be locked approximately one (1) month after removal;
Purchaser qualification approval is subject to Makino's review process and is not guaranteed;
Neither the Seller nor the auction platform makes any representation, warranty, or guarantee regarding purchaser qualification approval, password issuance, or the future operation of the equipment.
Participation in this auction constitutes the buyer's acknowledgment and acceptance of the above requirements, conditions, and associated risks.
Pickup Period: September 28, 2026 – October 12, 2026 (excluding the National Day public holidays).

* Dismantling, packing, rigging, loading and shipping fee(Including any other related fee) are at buyer's sole expense, buyer should be responsible for all the export and import related matter and cost;
