Eliminazione
PICKUP DATES AND TIMES ARE FIRM. Pickups are by appointment only between the hours of 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM on Tuesday, December 2, 2025 through Thursday, December 18, 2025.
Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance of pickup. Confirmation of payment must be received from GovDeals prior to scheduling pickup.
Buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up/removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation and exporting. SHIPPING IS NOT AVAILABLE. Please contact Brian Kohlenberg at (910) 798-4413 or e-mail: bkohlenberg@nhcgov.com to schedule a pickup appointment.

Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid.
