All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Many of these items are located in a working school or at an off-site location, therefore, pick-up is BY APPOINTMENT ONLY in order to minimize any disruption to students and/or teachers. Pick-up hours are Monday-Thursday, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., excluding district holidays. Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading, transportation, and removal of all property awarded to them. The Buyer will be responsible for any damage incurred as a result of the property removal. All property offered for sale is in "As Is" condition. Under no circumstances will School District Five of Lexington & Richland Counties assume responsibility for packing, loading, transportation, or shipping. No assistance is provided.
