Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days, or in a time frame specified in sale listing, from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.

Failure to remove items within ten (10) days, or in the time frame specified in sale listing, or making other approved plans for pick up with authorized Cobb County School District staff within this time frame will result in the ownership of items to revert to CCSD for resale or disposal without refund. Buyers are not allowed use of CCSD dumpsters to dispose of items they purchase.
