The Mosquito Abatement District - Davis is selling a used 4,000 gallon Metal Tank.
This tank was installed on the property in 1998. This tank is currently in working order. The tank will be lifted out of containment and placed on the asphalt for pickup prior to auction end date. It is a possibility to delay crane to the day of the pickup to place tank directly onto a trailer. Pump and plumbing included if you want it. Buyer responsible for removeal of pump and plumbing.
Loading and transportation is buyer responsibility. Please ensure minimal disturbance to the area during access and removal.
Tank must be removed befor March 6, 2026.
Condition:
Tank was used to store Mosquito Larvicide oil. The products stored were: Golden Bear 1111 Mosquito Larvicide oil, and COCOBEAR Mosquito Larvicide oil. Tank will tilted and drained, residue from products will remain in tank. Conditon of internal tank is unknown.

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
