One lot of approximately 35 400-watt high bay fixtures and 27 6 bulb 54-emergncy fixtures. All fixtures are 277 volts.

Emergency fixtures do not have emergency ballast. They are on an emergency generator backup. Can be used as a regular fixture.

Units will be similar to pictures. Items will be available for pickup after January 7, 2026, with an appointment if removal proceeds as anticipated. Pick up date could be later. We are would like to have picked up by January 14 since lights are being stored outside.

Items are being removed from the rec center and are being stored outdoors under plastic. There is a possibility that some may get wet. Units were working when removed from service.

Units will be similar to picture, however, there may be items pictured that are not included.

UT Martin will NOT prepare items for shipping. It is Buyer’s responsibility to box, palletize or anything necessary for items to be removed from property. Please do not ask if we will mail if prepaid label is sent as will NOT mail.

If the winning bidder is sending someone to pick up in their place, an authorization release form must be submitted as well as a copy of the buyers I.D. We will email the form to you upon request. These items are required for another person to pick-up in your place.

No shipping is offered.

No preparation (packing, taping, boxing shrink wrap or anything of need) is offered. It will be the buyer’s responsibility to arrange pickup and anything required to remove items from UTM property. No forklift assistance is available.
