The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up / removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation and exporting. Note: Shipping is NOT available.

Assets will not be released for loadout until Seller has given authorization to Liquidity Services to issue the release. Please allow 10-14 business days for Release Authorization/Loadout Advice to be sent.

Removal is by appointment only. All items must be picked-up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from receipt of release authorization, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned.

At the time of pick-up / removal, you will be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, and potentially other documentation (e.g., copy of driver's license, Authorization of Release, etc). When making a removal appointment, please confirm with the seller what is needed to release the item(s).

SELLER TERMS: Signed Terms of Sale are required prior to the release of this asset(s). By visiting the location of the material or placing a bid on this lot, prospective Buyer agrees they have read, understand, and agree to abide by these terms.

NOTICE: If you are the winning bidder and default by failing to adhere to this seller's terms and conditions, your account with Liquidity Services WILL BE LOCKED.

Guaranty Waiver: All property is offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS.” (Seller) makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.

DESCRIPTION WARRANTY: Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the Seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.


BIDS BELOW RESERVE: If applicable, final bids below a reserve price are binding for seven (7) calendar days and will be presented to the Seller, who may decline the offer, accept the offer, or submit a counter offer.


PER SELLER: When the seller approves the bid, both payment and the required seller documents must be completed within a 3-day window. Once Liquidity has received the payment, it will be forwarded to the seller. The seller must verify the receipt of funds before releasing the assets to the buyer. Please allow for up to 5 business days for this process to be completed after the buyer has received the payment and SRD.
