description is as follows:

• Rectangular shaped lot. Lot dimensions at +/- 49’ x +/- 167' x +/- 50' x +/- 171". A survey is recommended prior to construction on site.
• Setbacks: (single family)
Carver St. – 35’ or the other average of the houses on that block, Sides – 8’, Rear – 20’, Maximum Building Height – 35’

Jurisdiction: City of Sumter; subject to the City of Sumter – Zoning & Development Standards Ordinance
