Hello, We have had buyers use the local MailBox It Express (Carthage, MO). Buyers are responsible for contacting them if they win the auction, arranging pickup and shipping through Mailbox It. Carthage Water & Electric Plant can not package or arrange shipments for buyers. 02/17/2026 08:55:16 AM

Yes, the locator did work when it was removed from service. It has been several years since it was last used and tested. Upon checking, the listing department did notice some rust on the springs that hold the batteries in on the locator. 02/17/2026 09:02:52 AM

PAYMENT
If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.Note:

SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction's advertised location.If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services' tax exemption form(s). Eliminazione
Removal is by Appointment Only and must be made at least 24 HOURS in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the Buyer’s Certificate's issuance. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified.
SUCCESSFUL BIDDERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL LOADING AND REMOVAL OF ANY AND ALL PROPERTY AWARDED TO THEM. NO ASSISTANCE WILL BE PROVIDED.
***ANY AWARDED BIDDER REQUESTING ITEMS TO BE SHIPPED, WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ARRANGING THE COMPLETE PACKAGING, PICK-UP, SHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS, AND COSTS WITH AN AUTHORIZED SHIPPING CENTER.
THE SELLER ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY SHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS OR COSTS.
A daily storage fee of $25.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate. Vehicle Titles will be issued at the time of removal.

Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS.” (Seller) makes no warranty, guaranty, or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to the removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
