This is a professional UHV / MBE / thin-film deposition system designed for high-vacuum and ultra-high-vacuum research applications, including evaporation, material deposition, surface science, semiconductor research, and laboratory thin-film processes.

The system was manufactured in 2008 and comes from a professional laboratory environment.

According to the available information, the system was operated with nickel, platinum and cobalt evaporation materials
