All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified

Property may generally be removed Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.

The Purchaser agrees to protect, indemnify, and save harmless the School Board of Santa Rosa and its officers, officials, employees, and volunteers from and against all claims, demands, and causes of action by the Purchaser and its employees or third parties on account of personal injuries or death or on account of property damages arising out of the purchase of Surplus Property by Purchaser hereunder and resulting from the negligent act or omissions of Purchaser, Purchaser’s agents, employees, or subcontractors.
