Paint Booth, Spray guns or any kind of paint is not included. It will just be the paint booth. Any ducts or parts attached to the building are not included.(circled in blue).

We are unable to get a clear photo of not included item. If you would like to clarify what is not included please schedule a preview.

Inspections are by appointment only, and strongly encouraged.

Buyer will have to disassemble Panels and door's will also have to do all of the loading.

Operational, mechanical and cosmetic conditions may exist and are unknown. May have visible wear and tear on all items. Parts may be missing and or inoperable.

Winning bidder will be contacted to schedule an appointment for pick-up.

Buyer is responsible for any and all loading/unloading/moving/packing needed for breakdown and removal of auctioned item(s).

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided.
