Up for auction is a lot of furnace / HVAC air filters. These filters are surplus from the City of Rio Rancho and are being sold as-is.
Filters may include various sizes, brands, and quantities. Please review all photos carefully for condition, sizing, and quantity information. Some boxes may show signs of storage wear, dust, dents, or other cosmetic damage from being stored in a warehouse environment.
The City makes no guarantees regarding fitment, compatibility, or condition. It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify that these filters will meet their needs before bidding.
Important Notes:
Buyer is responsible for all loading and transportation.
Buyer must bring proper equipment and sufficient help for removal.
Items are sold as-is, where-is.
No loading assistance will be provided.
Pickup must be coordinated prior to arrival.
Items may be heavy and/or require special handling.
City staff will not be responsible for loading, securing, disassembling, or transporting the item.
Pickup must be scheduled in advance and completed during approved pickup hours.

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
