Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable.
Inspections are available with an appointment and are highly encouraged.
For large lots, buyers must arrive early enough to have all items removed before 3:00 pm.

!!! IMPORTANT: TO AVOID BEING HELD IN DEFAULT OF THE AUCTION, PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING!!!

Some equipment is very bulky and heavy and may require some disassembly to remove. Please
research the equipment you are bidding on so you can be sure to have the necessary tools, personnel, and
vehicle/trailer to safely remove the equipment from its location in a timely manner.

Unless otherwise stated, we do not provide lifting/loading services, so buyers arriving without adequate and
functional equipment to SAFELY remove the items from a facility will be held in default of the auction.

Please call (478)508-9468 at least 24 hours in advance for pickup/removal instructions and pickup address
verification. Pick up will be available Monday -Thursday and must be completed between the hours of:
8:00 am-3:00 pm.
If a buyer arrives without scheduling in advance, there is no guarantee that there will be access to the
equipment.
Bibb County School District will under no circumstances prepare items for shipping or schedule after hour
removal appointments.
