The Removal notes talk about assistance being offered at the point of pickup, is that a forklift or what assistance is available? Is it possible to dismantle the shed on site prior to loading? 07/14/2026 11:28:33 AM
Yes we have a forklift and bobcat w forks on site. A rollback/tilt deck truck delived it to our site (intact). Can you order a rollback to remove it? We can help lift back end up if needed. The shed was attached to two - three new 4x4s so it will slide up easily. We prefer this method of removal. 07/14/2026 12:09:44 PM

You can have longer to break it down if you need to. We have a warehouse forklift with warehouse wheels so I don't think that can work. we also have a local rollback vehicle that can come on load on is flatbed, then maybe winch it (slide) it over to your flatbed trailer. Dear Seller, you mentioned it was placed on 2 or 3 new 4x4 boards, was there an issue with the previous wood, was it rotten and is there more structural wood rotted etc... - I am asking bcoz I want to winch it onto a trailer, if you can assist with the forklift to raise it up I have the rest of the materials needed to slide and winch it onto my trailer, thank you 07/23/2026 10:59:38 AM
the skids were put in place in order to slide onto a flatbed in order to move to our facility. How far are you taking it. A tiltbed trailer or truck is not much to rent. The service is about 300 anywhere around the city and it would take 15 min to load. Your idea will take much longer and much more time and work, correct???? Dear Seller, the winching I am suggesting is with an electric winch and my trailer has ramps, and your forklift can raise it enough for me to land my ramps under it. yes a tilt bed would be easier and I can check pricing options where I live in Huntsville Tx, however I have access to 2 or 3 options for trailers all being goosenecks and renting would be at cost when having trailers already - by the way how much room to manuever if I were to show up with a 40ft gooseneck ? - plenty of radious for backing or turning around etc... ? thank you 07/23/2026 13:00:55 PM

Full Payment is due no later than three (3) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. Buyer's not making payment within three (3) business days may be defaulted for non-payment and their account will be suspended
TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable, it is the responsibility of the bidder to provide Tax Exempt documents. Buyer must send Tax Exempt documents to support@networkintl.com within 48 hours of the auction close and before payment is made.
Eliminazione
- Buyer is responsible for securing load and transportation costs
- Buyer will receive Load Out Advice/Authorization for Release (LOA), once payment and seller required documents have been satisfied
- Buyer or Buyer's removal agent must have LOA on-hand at the time of removal
- Removal is by appointment, only. At a minimum, Buyer must Schedule removal appointment with Yard Contact listed on LOA, 48 hours in advance
- Buyer must remove asset(s) within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. If there is a mutual agreement between the Buyer and the Yard Contact extending beyond the ten (10) business days, it is the responsibility of the Buyer to properly document this agreement in writing. Items remaining onsite beyond ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction will be considered abandoned in place
- Buyer or Buyer's removal agent must satisfy Seller's onsite safety protocol. At a minimum, the Buyer or Buyer's removal agent must wear steel toe boots, long pants, a hard hat, and safety glasses. The Yard Contact can provide additional instructions when the Buyer schedules the appointment
- If the Buyer or Buyer's removal agent does not adhere to these requirements, the Seller reserves the right to cease the removal at any stage
