Buyer MUST call ahead- Removal is by APPOINTMENT ONLY, and all appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Upon payment verification, The Buyer shall pre-arrange removal date and SPECIFIC time with Niagara County. Removal appointments shall be scheduled between the hours of 9:00am and 3:00pm (2:00pm for all vehicles), Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.

NOTE: The Buyer shall remove auction item(s) within ten (10) business days from the date and time of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. If The Buyer, after making payment for an item, fails to remove the item within the specified time, Niagara County reserves the right to place the Buyer's GovDeals account in locked/default status.

LATE ARRIVAL OR MISSED PICKUP APPOINTMENTS: If The Buyer arrives more than 30 minutes late to a scheduled pickup, property will not be released and The Buyer will need to arrange a new pickup date and time at least 24 hours in advance. Niagara County reserves the right to place the Buyer's GovDeals account in locked/default status after failure to appear to scheduled appointment.

PROPER IDENTIFICATION IS NEEDED: The Bill of Sale and photo identification MUST be presented at time of pick-up. The Buyer will be turned away if removal has not been scheduled or proper documentation is not presented. If making 3rd party pickup arrangements, Niagara County requires a completed "AUTHORIZATION OF RELEASE" form and photo identification before releasing property to any individual not named on Bill of Sale. Without completed "AUTHORIZATION OF RELEASE" form and photo identification, Niagara County WILL NOT release property to anyone not named on Bill of Sale.

NO ASSISTANCE WILL BE PROVIDED: The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Niagara County assume responsibility for packing, loading, or shipping. Loading and transportation of all purchased items is strictly The Buyer's responsibility.

Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale 'AS IS, WHERE IS.' Niagara County, NY makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Under no circumstances will a refund be issued.
