Eliminazione

Buyers must pick up within 7 business days of auction close. Pickup is by appointment only with the seller 24 hours in advance. Please call 202-576-6472 after the auction closes to set up an appointment. Items must be scheduled for pick up on weekdays between 9AM to 3PM. If the item is picked up after the 7th day of the auction closing date, the buyer will be charged a $15 per day storage fee until the 10th day is reached. Only Money Orders will be accepted for storage fee payments. Please bring your buyer’s certificate and Photo ID. NOTE: If sending a 3rd party, you must provide them your buyer's certificate, a copy of your driver's license and a note stating that you approve that person to pick up on your behalf. Please e-mail all documents to Surplus-Property@dc.gov.
